DOUGLAS J. EHRENWORTH, FOUNDING SHAREHOLDER

With a focus on commercial real estate, corporate structures, commercial transactions and related litigation, Doug is committed to seeing the firm stay true to its mission of fashioning strategic legal solutions to the needs of clients.

Doug began his legal career as a sole practitioner in Hudson County. Throughout his 24 years of practice, he frequently has lectured on law firm management, and has served as the past chair of the Law Office Management Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section and the Business Law Section of the State Bar Association.

Doug serves as an Adjunct Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University where he has taught for many years.

He has been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve as a member of the District Ethics Committee for East Morris and Sussex Counties.
