Doug has in-depth experience in a wide range of legal matters, ranging from commercial and consumer bankruptcy to business litigation and creditor/debtor rights. He focuses on understanding the client's problem and reaching outside the obvious to find a better solution.

From 2006 through 2011, Doug has been selected annually in New Jersey Monthly as a "Rising Star" in Bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor Rights. Each year, only 2.5 percent of New Jersey attorneys receive "Rising Star" status. “Rising Stars” are determined through a competitive evaluation of attorneys either in practice for 10 years or less, or 40 years old or younger.¹
