CLARA Y. SON, ATTORNEY

Ms. Son concentrates in Commercial Litigation. She provides counseling to both individual and corporate clients in connection with contract, employment, real estate, landlord-tenant, corporation and partnership disputes, and business tort litigation. Ms. Son has handled cases in state and federal courts and arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association.

Prior to joining this firm, Ms. Son was as Associate in the Commercial Litigation and the Corporate and Business Transactional Practice Groups of a prominent mid-sized New Jersey law firm. Ms. Son served as a law clerk to the Honorable Margaret Mary McVeigh, Superior Court of New Jersey, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division, Passaic County, for the 2007-2008 Term. She also interned for the Honorable William J. Martini, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in the summer of 2005.
